The initial intake visit is longer and more comprehensive, up to 90 minutes, which will combine your history and current issues to find the root of the problem. From this, the best course of treatment will be determined. Follow up treatments are shorter, around 45 minutes.

If your insurance is not listed – Dr. Perry will provide you with what is known as a “Super Bill” which you provide to your insurance company for reimbursement, dependent on your coverage.

Sliding scale plans are available for non-insurance patients.
